What if you made JOY a priority this spring?

It’s March 1st! Can you believe it? 
We are already in the 3rd month of 2020 and only 18 days away from the first day of Spring!

As I look outside it doesn’t look like it! There is snow nearly as high as the roof. Yet, the sun is shining and I can feel the shift starting to happen.

As Spring approaches and my due-date as well—May 10th is 10 weeks away—I am also feeling the urge to get things done, to offer the best that I can before my baby girl comes, and take naps when I feel the need to—which is almost daily now!

The intention to do something special for you before I give birth has been inspiring countless brainstorms, walks spent in reflection, mastermind conversations, and most of my meditation sittings.

Today, I can finally share what all that has brought to life!

First, a little taster…

Imagine that you gave yourself full permission to…

  • sip on green juice in the morning before wrapping your hands around a warm cup of coffee, enjoy homemade baked goods in the afternoon, and a wholesome pasta dinner in the evening surrounded with friends;
  • honour what your body needs in the moment and do things that feel fluid, restorative, and fun;
  • make cuddling on the couch or soaking in a hot bath a priority;
  • truly savour this period in your life without adding pressure to do or be more;
  • simply focus on the things that bring you JOY

Sounds delicious doesn’t it?

The REVITALIZE Program has always had the original intention of boosting your innate vitality so that you can live a life that you love.

Since January 2011, hundreds of people from around the world have participated in the 10-30 day experiences built upon the 4 foundational pillars of:

  1. Nutrition
  2. Mindset
  3. Movement
  4. Love

All programs of the past have heavily focused on cutting out foods that cause inflammation in the body and eating a clean diet based on the principle that “we are what we eat,” and to commit to activity that gets your body sweating.

But none have been like this one…

This spring, REVITALIZE is all about cultivating JOY in our lives.

It’s about focusing in on what you really want, enjoying this time in your life while letting go of any unnecessary pressures, worries, “shoulds”, and “coulds.”

It’s about having your cake and eating it too!

I’ll be sharing the nitty gritty about how the program will work & how to sign-up very soon, but for now, here is a summary of what each pillar is focusing on this time around: 

 

NUTRITION: You are what, why, & how you eat! Eat foods that bring you joy & vitality.

i.e. Eat clean and also enjoy foods prepped with love such as pizza from your favourite pizzeria owned by the adorable Italian mamma, maple taffy under a hot spring sun at the Sugar Shack, and cookies made while sipping wine with your best girlfriends.

MOVEMENT: Move your body & your heart will follow. Have a nap after too!

i.e. Focus on the kind of movement practices that your body is craving right now instead of “pushing” your way through yet another workout that you dread. Go for long walks, step on your yoga mat for 10min or for hours if that feels right. Do what feels natural & fluid.

MINDSET: Choose to be happy. Be present. Live in the moment. Focus on JOY.

i.e. Savour life’s simple pleasures. Identify what’s important for you right now—even if that means feeling lost & learning to embrace the gifts hidden within that. Focus on pleasure, not pressure.

LOVE: Love yourself 1st & most. Adopt a “Good Vibes” only policy. Do all things with love. 

i.e. Hug tight. Cuddle. Make self-care a priority. Wear your favourite dress now instead of saving it for a “special occasion.”

 

I’ll be giving you guidelines and also coaching you to create your own. 

Through this experience you’ll be creating space and remove the beliefs, habits, and things that are causing clutter in your mind, energy, and lifestyle.

We’ll be enjoying life, together.
You’ll awaken your innate vitality in a way that you’ve always been meant to.
